Registration fees will cover participation in conference events, inaugural ceremony, tea/coffee and lunch during conference, conference proceedings and closing dinner. The registration fees will not cover individual, medical or personal insurance.

Each registered author/participant will receive a certificate and conference kit/souvenir along with the invitation to the opening and closing ceremony if held in person.

2. Only one author is free of charge to attend the conference for one accepted paper. The registration fee is the same regardless of whether author attending conference or not. Extra authors or the accompanying person should pay the special registration fee.

Submission Guidelines:

1. Manuscripts Preparation:
   
   • Download Manuscript Template.
   • The manuscripts should be in English and in Microsoft Word or PDF file format.
   • The page limit is 5.
2. Submitting an Article:
   
   • Papers have to be submitted online through the portal.
3. Submission Preparation Checklist:
   
   • As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
   • The submission has not been previously published, nor it is sent for consideration in another journal before.
   • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
4. About Academic Misconduct:
   
   • All submitted articles should report original, previously unpublished research results, experimental or theoretical. Articles submitted to the conference should meet these criteria and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere. We firmly believe that ethical conduct is the most essential virtual of any academic. Any act of plagiarism is a totally unacceptable.
5. Paper Selection and Publishing Process:
   
   • Submission Acknowledgement:
     When you submit a manuscript, you will receive an e-mail confirmation within one to three working days. If you fail to receive this confirmation, please check your bulk email box or contact the secretary of scientific committee by email at icmeas@mist.ac.bd.
   • Basic Review:
     The editor or editorial assistant determines whether the manuscript fits the conference's focus and scope. Next a check for the similarity rate is done. Any manuscripts not in accordance with the conference's scope or containing plagiarism, including self-plagiarism to be returned to author or rejected.
   • Peer Review:
     We use a double-blind system for peer review; both reviewers' and authors' identities remain anonymous. The submitted manuscript will be reviewed by at least two experts: one editorial staff member as well as one to three external reviewers. The review process may take about 1 to 4 months.
   • Decision is Made:
     The decision to accept or reject an article is based on the suggestions of reviewers. If differences of opinion occur between reviewers, the editor-in-chief will weigh all comments and arrive at a balanced decision based on all comments, or a second round of peer review may be initiated.
   • Notification of the Result of Review:
     The result of review will be sent to the corresponding author through editorial management system or email.
   • Registration Fee is Paid:
     If the submission is accepted, the authors revise paper and pay the registration fee.
   • Final Manuscript Proofreading:
     Final manuscript will be sent to all registered authors for proofreading through email. Once the final manuscript is proofed and confirmed, no more changes are allowed. If authors fail to check and reply the proofreading emails within the required period, the Editors reserve the right to edit or make necessary changes on the manuscripts.

   • Plagiarism Detection:
     All confirmed manuscripts will be checked using Cross Check or Turnitin. There will be high risk of being rejected for publication for manuscripts with more than 25% duplication rate. Please avoid multiple, redundant or concurrent submission and high duplication rate of your manuscript.
   • Publication Notice:
     After publication, authors and readers will be notified and invited to visit our conference website for the published articles. One E-copy of the conference proceeding will be sent to the corresponding author.
6. Participant Guidelines:
   
   • For each accepted paper, only one author has the opportunity to attend the conference for free, extra authors or the accompanying person should pay the special registration fee. The fee will not be reduced if the author doesn't attend the conference.
